Bitler Butterfly Mixer - BDB series disc mixer is a kind of efficient mixing equipment. The mixer adopts three-blade disc type blades. At the same time, vacuum is drawn in the mixing process, which can effectively improve the product quality. It can automatically rise and fall while stirring to improve production efficiency. It is applicable for high viscosity putty, adhesive and offset ink industry.

Adopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuators. Control the mixer up, stop and down through controlling the valve, simply operation and high stability.
The connection between the impeller and shaft though bolts or flange. It is very convenient to disassemble or replace, easy to clean.
Various impellers are optional based on processing requirements to optimize the mixing result.
Different clamping type (Belt Clamping, Manual Rotation, Pneumatic Clamping) are optional for fixing the mixing tank to prevent any possible accident due to tank displacement.
Various installation ways with compact structure, the machine can be floor type, platform type. Tank working type can be removable or fixed
