DIRECT SYSTEM BLOCK ICE MAKING PROCESS

Water will be added automatically to ice cans and directly exchange heat the refrigerant. When ice making is finished, the refrigeration system will change into ice doffing mode automatically in which HPHT refrigerant air will release heat to melt the surface of block ice. All the ice blocks will fall down in 25 minutes.

FEATURES

The evaporator adopts special alumunium alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.
Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully-automatic.
The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.
The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift, quick and convenient.
